Delivery and Sanitisation
For all of our bottled water cooler customers we offer a free scheduled delivery service on a 2 or 4 weekly basis dependant on consumption and we can offer a weekly service if you have a larger requirement. If you're not a frequent drinker we will still always be in touch on the telephone every few weeks to check you're not going to run out.
If you rent your cooler from us, we will sanitise it every 3 months in accordance with BWCA guidelines and to ensure that your cooler is always providing clean, safe drinking water. We schedule this at the office and doesn't require any effort on your part. If you have a mains fed water cooler with us, your rental charge covers the cost of a filter change twice a year, again this is scheduled here at the office so you won't have to think about it.
Whilst we do everything to try and make sure you are never without water, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur and being a local company gives us a greater deal of flexibility than our rivals to guarantee a response to any issue within 24 hours.
