What do I have to do to maintain the cooler?

As we will regularly come to sanitise you cooler, all you will need to do between visits is give the cooler a wipe down on the outside with a damp cloth and maybe occasionally empty and clean the drip tray.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to towns within a 50 mile radius of our offices and depot in Camberley, Surrey. Please find an extensive list here. If you are unsure that we cover your area, please contact the office and we can let you know.

How long does installation take?

If it's a bottled water cooler, no time at all! We just need an electrical socket to plug it in to, put a bottle on and we'll wait until we can tell the water is chilling - no more than 15 minutes. Mains-fed coolers can take a little longer, it all depends on where they are being placed in relation to the water supply. We offer a free site survey, so we can usually give you an idea of time before we come to instal it.

What consumables do I need?

That's entirely up to you! Some of our customers choose to take advantage of the in-cup instant hot drinks that we offer, others like us to deliver their plastic cups for them. Let us know in the office if you would like to order anything. 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. Unlike other companies, we won't force extra bottles on to our customers that they don't want or need. All we ask is that you keep a spare bottle as well as the one on the cooler so that you don't run out between scheduled deliveries.

Who do I call to order more water?

As we will put you on a regular delivery schedule and also contact you every couple of weeks to check if you need a delivery, hopefully you won't ever have to call us. If you do encounter an emergency, call the office on 01276 63266 and we will be able to deliver win 24 hours. We don't charge for unscheduled deliveries.

Does my machine need to be serviced and what do I have to do?

If you rent a bottled water cooler from us we will come and sanitise/maintain it every 3 months. If it's a mains-fed water cooler we will clean it and change the filter every 6 months. We schedule all of this for you at the office, so you don't need to worry about remembering to call us.

How often will my water be delivered?

We usually deliver on a 2 or 4 weekly basis dependant on consumption and we will call 2-3 days before we're due in your area to see if you need a delivery.

How quickly can you deliver my new water cooler?

If it's a bottled water cooler, once we have the information we need we can deliver it the next working day.
